About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide holistic financial advice while managing an established portfolio of clients and developing long-term relationships with new clients entering the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an existing portfolio of ongoing service clients
  • Providing advice across superannuation, investments, personal insurance, pre-retirement, and retirement planning
  • Onboarding new clients through warm leads and referral partners
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional client service
  • Conducting review meetings and implementing tailored financial strategies
  • Working closely with in-house paraplanners and administration staff to deliver compliant advice
  • Supporting the continued growth of the business through referrals and acquired client portfolios

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Completed FASEA educational requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as an Authorised Financial Adviser
  • Experience providing advice across superannuation, investments, retirement planning, and personal insurance
  • Strong experience managing client relationships and onboarding new clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation with a client-first approach
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
