About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace while providing general operational support across the factory and office.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the factory, offices, amenities, and common areas
- Receiving and distributing deliveries to the appropriate departments
- Coordinating and assisting external contractors on-site
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen facilities, including dishwashers and supplies
- Managing waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company procedures
- Completing basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs around the facility
- Assisting the production team with material handling, stock organisation, and general factory duties
- Supporting day-to-day operations as required across the business
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a general hand, cleaning, maintenance, or factory support role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
- Physical capability to undertake manual handling and lifting tasks
- Positive attitude with a willingness to assist across multiple areas of the business
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused approach
