About The Opportunity
As a Bookkeeper, you will lead the accounting and finance function for a group of businesses. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting bank reconciliations and transaction processing
- Managing payroll processing, superannuation, and workers' compensation compliance
- Performing general ledger reconciliations
- Liaising with clients and managing relationships
- Overseeing accounts payable and payroll across three businesses
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a bookkeeper
- Advanced proficiency in Xero, Waste Edge and Microsoft Excel
- A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting compliance/bookkeeping functions across multiple clients
