About The Opportunity
As an Insurance Broker, you'll work alongside experienced brokers to support client portfolios and start building your career in insurance broking. Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting with client meetings to help assess insurance needs and provide guidance
- Supporting negotiations with insurers to secure good outcomes for clients
- Managing policy renewals and keeping on top of deadlines
- Helping identify new business opportunities as you grow your client base
- Preparing renewal quotes and processing new business policies for clients
About You
- Minimum 1 year' experience in administration or general insurance broking
- Strong communication skills with a people-first approach
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with a strong team-player mindset
