About The Opportunity

As an Insurance Broker, you will serve as a trusted advisor managing client portfolios. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with clients to assess their insurance needs and providing tailored advice
• Negotiating with insurers to secure the best outcomes for clients
• Managing policy renewals and ensuring all deadlines are met
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding your client portfolio
• Requoting renewal policies and managing new business policies for clients

About You

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in general insurance broking and knowledge of relevant insurance laws
• Strong communication skills with a people-first approach
• Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail abilities
• A proactive, autonomous attitude and strong team-player mindset.
• Tier 1 certification in General Insurance Broking and/or INSIGHT/Insight Broking software experience is advantageous
