About The Opportunity
As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in protecting and growing Total Batteries' wholesale account base across the Perth Metro and South West regions. This position is a hybrid role requiring a proactive approach to maintain existing customer relationships while also identifying and converting new wholesale accounts.
- Manage and grow a structured weekly run sheet of existing wholesale accounts across Perth Metro
- Conduct one dedicated South West day-trip per week to service and support regional accounts
- Physically load, unload, rotate stock, and manage consignment battery inventory at customer sites
- Prospect and cold-call new wholesale targets, converting them into active and recurring clients
- Process on-road invoicing and maintain accurate records of all sales and stock movements daily
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years in field-based route sales or territory management role
- Background in automotive parts, industrial trade supply, or FMCG sales
- Proven track record of cold-calling and converting new accounts
- Australian C-Class Driver's Licence with strong commercial driving history
- Documented physical capability for repetitive heavy lifting of 15–30kg
- Proficient with mobile invoicing, ERP, or CRM software platforms
- Forklift licence or heavy goods handling experience is highly regarded
