About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to design, build and maintain engaging online learning and assessment programmes - transforming technical information into interactive, learner-focused courses that make a real impact.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Building, testing and maintaining Moodle courses and gradebooks
- Researching legislation and standards to ensure content accuracy
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create course content
- Designing interactive learning activities, scenarios and assessments
- Developing course structures from standards and learning outcomes
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong instructional design and content writing abilities
- Adobe Creative Suite plus video and photo editing skills
- The ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- A creative, innovative mindset with confidence using AI tools
- Medium to advanced Articulate Storyline and Moodle experience
Bonus points for Temporary Traffic Management (TTM), Health & Safety or Civil Construction industry knowledge, or NZGTTM, CoPTTM or Austroads experience.
