About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of project execution - from initiation through to completion - ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety legislation, codes and standards
- Planning and scheduling all project activities, establishing timelines and milestones
- Managing project budgets, costs, resources, procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Maintaining clear communication with clients, team members, suppliers and regulatory authorities
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Previous project management experience within the construction industry
- Leadership experience managing teams and coordinating subcontractors
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
