About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio while progressively developing the knowledge, judgment and confidence to step into a Commercial Property Manager role in your own right.

Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Property Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, options and critical lease dates
• Coordinating maintenance and compliance matters from instruction through to completion
• Assisting with the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio
• Conducting inspections and preparing clear, commercially useful reports
• Building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Approximately two to three years' experience in property management (commercial experience preferred, though residential, industrial, retail or facilities backgrounds will also be considered)
• A commercially minded approach, with genuine interest in leases, financials and asset performance
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• A current Queensland real estate registration or licence
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
