About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality plumbing services across residential, commercial and industrial projects, running jobs end-to-end while mentoring the next generation of tradespeople.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring apprentices and junior plumbers
- Planning and allocating labour, materials and equipment
- Communicating clearly with customers, builders and stakeholders
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and compliance
- Running plumbing jobs from start to finish with professionalism and efficiency
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Current driver's licence and Working with Children Check
- Confidence in running jobs independently and leading teams
- Strong technical knowledge across installs, maintenance and repairs
- Plumbing trade qualification with a minimum of 5+ years' full-time experience
- Drainage, jetting, CCTV, relining and hydro-excavation experience (highly regarded)
