Our client is a well-established Perth-based Master Builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across churches, schools, aged care facilities, community centres and commercial fitouts. About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the contractual and commercial administration of building contracts across a range of active construction projects, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation and strong coordination between site, client and subcontractor teams.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking budget vs actual costs and forecasting cost to complete
• Preparing, issuing and assessing subcontractor variations and claims
• Managing extension of time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation
• Preparing, issuing and certifying progress claims and subcontractor payments
• Administering building contracts (AS2124, AS4000, AS4902) - tracking dates, notices and contractual obligations

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Local WA experience preferred
• Proficiency in CHEOPS and Procore (not essential)
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar (not essential)
• 3+ years' experience in a contract administration role within commercial construction
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with site teams, superintendents and subcontractors
