About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to guide potential customers through the MRI scan consenting process, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating warm handovers to the team for complex customer queries
- Re-engaging warm leads already in the database - no cold calling involved
- Coordinating scan bookings with clinics and checking in ahead of appointments
- Responding promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Conducting thorough suitability assessments and recording interactions in the CRM
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A structured, conversion-focused approach to pipeline follow-up
- A Bachelor's degree (favourable, not essential) and Year 12 completion
- The ability to navigate sensitive conversations with calm and confidence
- Experience engaging with customers via phone and email for extended periods
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise
