About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling to international students on weekends, combining classroom-based theory with hands-on practical training. While the role starts on a weekend contract basis, there is genuine potential for this position to move to full-time for the right candidate.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Delivering engaging, hands-on training in Wall and Floor Tiling to international students on weekends

Contextualising and developing training and assessment materials to reflect current industry practices

Providing timely and constructive feedback to students

Recording attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes accurately

Participating in assessment validation and moderation processes

Maintaining safe, inclusive, and compliant workshop/classroom environments
About You
The successful candidate will have:

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or higher-level adult education qualification also accepted)

A trade qualification in CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

Minimum 3 years of industry experience in tiling, with evidence of vocational competency and industry currency

Strong patience and skill in supporting a diverse group of students, with experience working with international students or in multicultural settings

Strong communication and organisational skills
