About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to senior management, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading projects from award through to practical completion and close-out
• Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes
• Managing budgets, cash flow, claims, variations, and subcontractors
• Owning the programme, including recovery strategies where needed
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Leading and mentoring project teams, engineers, and supervisors

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing civil construction projects
• Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills
• A hands-on approach to project delivery
• The ability to drive results across multiple work fronts
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
