Our client is a Queensland civil construction contractor delivering roads, subdivisions, bridges, water and utilities infrastructure across the state. Councils, Transport and Main Roads, developers and fuel retailers keep coming back because they turn up and finish.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to carry a portfolio of concurrent civil projects - subdivisions, TMR roadworks and service station builds - from tender handover to Off Maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning programme, budget and forecast across your portfolio
• Resourcing plant, crews and subcontractors across competing sites
• Managing client and Superintendent relationships
• Administering variations, EOTs, progress claims and notices
• Leading supervisors and engineers, and owning safety, quality and environmental performance

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Substantial civil delivery experience running multiple projects at once
• Subdivision delivery — earthworks, drainage, roadworks, services and handover
• TMR experience — MRTS specs, ITPs, lot conformance and contract admin
• Commercial control — able to read a cost report and explain the margin
• Current QLD licence and Construction White Card, with willingness to travel
