About The Opportunity
This isn't a lead-actioning role — it's a leadership one. As Sales Lead, you'll own the sales function end-to-end: finding growth opportunities, building and improving the systems that drive conversion, and leading outreach that brings in the right clients. You'll be accountable for results, not just activity — this is a role for someone who wants to build something, not just run a script. It works 40–60 hours per month within business hours.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the sales domain — strategy, process and improvement
- Finding and pursuing new growth opportunities
- Designing systems to improve conversion and efficiency
- Running discovery and closing calls, decks and quotes
- Reporting monthly against KPIs and owning the sales SOPs
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years of sales experience (bonus if in marketing)
- A proven track record of high conversion (20% min; 40%+ preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and strong time management
- Some marketing exposure to recommend suitable services (upskilling provided)
- Healthcare/regulatory awareness (e.g. AHPRA) a bonus, plus an ABN (contractor)
