About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the company's marketing strategy, content and brand while supporting its continued growth and expansion.

This is a full-time role where you will take ownership of internal marketing activities while collaborating with an external agency responsible for advertising across channels including Google Ads and Meta.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with future business growth
• Create engaging marketing content and collateral across the business
• Manage and maintain consistent company branding across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with the external agency managing Google Ads and Meta advertising
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives
• Coordinate ad hoc marketing requirements including uniforms and vehicle branding
• Identify new marketing opportunities as the business continues to grow and expand

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a marketing role with broad hands-on responsibilities
• Strong experience creating marketing content and collateral
• Experience developing and contributing to marketing strategy and planning
• Strong understanding of branding and maintaining brand consistency
• Ability to effectively collaborate with external marketing and advertising agencies
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely alongside sales teams
• Proactive, adaptable and organised approach within a growing business
