About The Company

Our client is a family owned glass and aluminium fit out business based in Ingleside, servicing Sydney Metro. They complete a broad range of work including frameless glass doors and balustrades, mirrors, automatic doors, shop fronts, façade repairs, aluminium frames and all aspects of glass and aluminium installation for the fit-out industry. About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the on-site glass and aluminium fabrication and installation team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, accurately and to a high standard across Sydney Metro.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Lead apprentices in a safe working environment
• Aluminium fabrication and installation of glass and aluminium projects
• Design, read, and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings
• Provide and adhere to precise measurements and installation on-site
• Organise materials and coordinate current and upcoming jobs
• Communicate effectively and work well in a fast-paced, team environment

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Solid knowledge of installation and repair of all aspects of glass and aluminium, with demonstrated leading hand or supervisory experience
• A keen eye for detail and design skills
• An ability to lead and work as part of a team
• A current driver's licence
