About The Company
Our client, Robyn Taylor Child Development Centre, is a new, purpose-built boutique centre in Burwood with beautifully landscaped gardens, a vegetable patch and large activity rooms. Designed by psychologist Robyn Taylor, their curriculum uses evidence-based strategies to develop children's social, emotional and cognitive abilities, maximising each child's potential. As a small, boutique provider, they focus on children's development and well-being, and on building a positive sense of community for children, families and their team.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver exceptional care and education to children in the toddler room. Our client is seeking one Cert III or Diploma qualified Educator to join their team.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Planning engaging educational activities tailored to the toddler room
- Implementing educational programs that support children's learning
- Creating a safe and secure environment for all children in your care
- Fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere throughout the day
- Building positive, trusting relationships with the children
- Building strong relationships with families, communicating confidently in both English and Mandarin
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Fluency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and families
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A genuine passion for working with children
