Our client is a leading healthcare Design and Construct specialist with 20+ years in the industry and over 100 medical, dental and allied health fitouts completed. With teams across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, they deliver end-to-end services, from architecture, interior design and branding through to project management and construction. About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to build and manage long-term relationships that drive sustainable growth across the healthcare fitout industry. This is a true Business Development role focused on partnerships and repeat business rather than a pure sales position. Initial duties will include generating leads and supporting sales as you establish your network.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand market presence
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach and industry events
• Support clients from first contact through to end-of-project debrief
• Develop partnerships with suppliers, financial institutions and industry stakeholders
• Build long-term relationships with practitioners, practice owners and healthcare groups

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Familiarity with CRM, sales reporting and digital marketing tools
• Intermediate knowledge of healthcare facility compliance and fitout processes
• A valid Australian driver's licence, your own vehicle and the ability to travel
• A proven track record of generating leads, closing deals and achieving targets
• 3–5+ years in BD, sales or account management, ideally in healthcare fit-outs or construction
