About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to be the friendly first point of contact for the business, delivering a great customer experience while keeping the office running smoothly.

As part of a small team, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point of contact for customers and visitors, by phone, email and in person
• Assisting the Customer Service Team to deliver a great client experience
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues and complaints with a proactive, solution-driven approach
• Maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day administration using the MS Office Suite and internal systems
• Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues to keep things moving
• Supporting the wider office team across a variety of tasks as needed

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A background in customer service in a similar role
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A positive and friendly demeanour with a customer centric mindset
