About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide legal support across commercial law matters, while developing your skills alongside experienced senior lawyers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including supply, service, distribution and confidentiality agreements
- Providing practical commercial advice to individuals, SMEs and corporate clients
- Assisting with business structuring, sales and acquisitions, including due diligence
- Preparing and reviewing corporate documents such as shareholder agreements, company resolutions and constitutions
- Advising on commercial leasing, terms and conditions and general contractual matters
- Conducting legal research and preparing clear, concise advice for clients
- Managing client communications and contributing to strategic outcomes
- Working closely with senior lawyers across a variety of matters
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 1 to 3 years PQE in commercial law, ideally with at least 2 years
- Fluency in Mandarin (essential)
- Strong legal drafting and research skills with great attention to detail
- Confidence handling multiple matters with both guidance and autonomy
- Motivation to grow within a supportive, mentoring team environment
