About The Company
Our client is Melbourne's largest Female orientated fitness centre. Focussing on full-body transformations, the business was founded with the view of creating a comfortable environment for women to achieve their goals. With one on one coaching and team sessions, the coaches are ensuring their clients have the knowledge and strength to achieve their ideal body.
About The Opportunity
Joining our client in North Melbourne, the primary purpose of this position is to build long-lasting relationships with your clients by providing high-quality standards of fitness coaching and client check-ins.
Reporting directly to the Owner some of your responsibilities will include:
- Client assessments
- Planning and conducting hourly coaching sessions
- Leading group fitness session of a maximum of 16 people
- Participate in community-based events ad brand growth activities
About You
With a minimum of 6 months experience as a fitness coach or similar role you will also need:
- Strong computer skills particular using Apple tech and programs
- Broad understanding of training equipment and training principles
- Fantastic leadership and customer service skills
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- First Aid Certificate
