About The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a number of CDP's whose primary purpose will be to take charge of a designated section and assist in the daily kitchen operations.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef and Sous Chef's some of your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes
- Maintain and comply with kitchen safety standards
- Assist in section ordering responsibilities and stock control
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- A certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
- A certificate 4 in Commercial Cookery (desirable)
- A demonstrated history of reliability
- A positive and switched on attitude
