About The Company
Our client is a local community based pub located in the heart of Hawksburn Village, Toorak. They take pride on delivering great food and a premium restaurant dining experience. The venue consists of a bar, restaurant and dining room. You will be responsible for overseeing the dining operations of all three outlets.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to work with the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen operations to ensure food safety standards are met and maintained while delivering an amazing culinary experience at all times.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years experience as a Chef
- Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery
- Previous pastry experience
- Experience managing kitchen staff
- Experience working in a premium dining venue
