About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support the head chef and kitchen staff to create the best food and dining experience for each customer.
Reporting directly to the Property Manager some of your responsibilities will include supporting the head chef with:
- Rostering and management of kitchen staff
- Menu design and costs planning
- Food preparation and presentation
- Stock control
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef
- Certificate III in commercial cookery
- A passion for food and the culinary arts
- Patience, commitment, and attention to detail
