About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the executives in running the team
Reporting to the Director some of your responsibilities will include:
- Management support in Admin, Operations etc
- Evaluating and achieving efficiencies within budget
- Identifying and implementing new business practices
- Managing and maintaining OH&S in the business
- Participate in recruitment and development of staff
- Ensure vehicles and tools are maintained to a high standard
- Scheduling and managing team of electricians
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in management and operations
- An A grade electrical license
- Business management degree (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent strategic and creative problem-solving skills
- The ability to read budgets
- Experience in the electrical trade
- An understanding of sales and marketing
