About The Company
Our client is a team of licensed mortgage brokers that have helped hundreds of Australians to invest in a range of property, ranging from investment properties, first home or renovating an existing property. They work with the major banks to source the very best deals for their clients.
About The Opportunity
They are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker Support Officer to join their close-knit team in Oatley, NSW.
This is a full-time role with a salary of $46,000 pa plus Superannuation.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- providing support to Mortgage Brokers
- following up on application progress with lenders
- liaising with buyers and lenders solicitors
- preparing lodgement, approval and settlement letters
- updating customers details in their CRM system
About You
The successful candidate will have experience in banking and/or loan processing and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, you will have:
- an understanding of lender requirements, application approval process, and systems used for job completion
- excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- exceptional attention to detail
- strong cognitive abilities - verbal, numerical and data interpretation
- experience with Mercury and BrokerEngine preferred but not essential
