About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the day-to-day operations of a residential care property. 

Starting on a casual basis to move into full-time after probationary period. 

Reporting to the Operations Director some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of support workers to assist clients using therapeutic support 
  • Working with clients with intellectual disabilities with complex and challenging behaviours
  • Assisting clients in achieving their personal goals
  • Transporting clients to a range of appointments and services
  • In-house training as required

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role or looking for the opportunity to further their career  
  • A Cert IV in disability services or similar qualification 
  • An Australian drivers license
  • A current working with children check 
  • A current first aid and CPR cert (or willing to obtain)
