About The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: 

  • Conduct welcome calls to new customers
  • Update the customer database 
  • General administration duties
  • Provided excellent service at all times

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service based role
  • A positive attitude to engage customers in a warm and likable manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong computer skills including the use of CRMs
  • Experience or knowledge of the solar industry (desirable)
