About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Operations / State Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Update & maintain a variety of registers, tracking systems & spreadsheets
  • Coordinate team sites & online inductions
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Document client service requests through Microsoft GP
  • Adhoc tasks assigned by Operations

About You 

The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Admin Assistant or similar in a trade-based industry.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Current driver's licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Proficient with several computer applications including but not limited to MS Office Suite
