About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Practice Manager and Senior Dentist, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage dental reception duties for the 3 dentists
- Work together with another senior receptionist
- Follow documented surgery procedures autonomously
- Open and close the surgery as nessacary
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in the Dental industry
- A good knowledge of dental clinical procedures and terminology
- Knowledge of EXACT dental software (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and phone manner
- Great customer service and people skills
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
