About The Opportunity

We are looking for two Trainers & Assessors in Hospitality Kitchen Management, one leading the diploma in Hospitality Management and the other leading the Cert IV in Kitchen Management, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, developing, and delivering teaching programs
• Supervising and monitoring students' progress and assessments while maintaining accurate records
• Undertaking administrative tasks related to teaching
• Collaborating with other trainers and RTO staff
• Performing other relevant duties as required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to customise, map, and validate assessment tools
• Strong understanding of RTO standards and compliance requirements
• Industry currency in teaching General Management

You will also have the following availabilities:

• Hospitality and Kitchen Management - Wednesday/Thursdays and Fridays (Immediate Start)
• Certificate IV in Kitchen Management - Must be able to Work on Saturdays/Sundays and 4 Hours on Wednesdays
