About The Opportunity
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing their cleaning operations and ensuring that their teams deliver exemplary service to their clients. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Fostering and strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensuring quality control standards are met across all aspects of the company.
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and procedures to optimise efficiency
- Effectively managing and leading team members and contractors in their daily and monthly tasks.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure all team members & contractors meet company standards.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in computer applications with an adaptability to changing environments.
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability and willingness to travel regularly to various sites.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience in managing medium to large teams, preferably across multiple sites.
- Skilled at identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to support growth and expansion.
- A “can-do” attitude, reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to mentoring and empowering team members.
- Knowledge of cleaning operations and commercial property management, ideally in a facilities management environment
