About The Opportunity

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing their cleaning operations and ensuring that their teams deliver exemplary service to their clients. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering and strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Ensuring quality control standards are met across all aspects of the company.
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and procedures to optimise efficiency
  • Effectively managing and leading team members and contractors in their daily and monthly tasks.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure all team members & contractors meet company standards.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in computer applications with an adaptability to changing environments.
  • A valid driver’s licence and the ability and willingness to travel regularly to various sites.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of professionalism and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing medium to large teams, preferably across multiple sites.
  • Skilled at identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to support growth and expansion.
  • A “can-do” attitude, reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to mentoring and empowering team members.
  • Knowledge of cleaning operations and commercial property management, ideally in a facilities management environment
