About The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by introducing businesses to high-quality beverage equipment and revenue-generating solutions, rather than just selling products.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across target markets
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Preparing quotes, processing sales, and following up on orders
- Managing accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Achieving agreed sales targets and performance KPIs
- Representing the brand professionally at industry events and client meetings
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a sales role selling soft serve, ice cream or dessert
- An existing network of clients or industry leads (highly desirable)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A current driver’s licence
