About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support the efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse while assisting with equipment handling, stock control, and refrigeration/mechanical tasks within a fully warehouse-based environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Operating a forklift to move and organise stock
- Picking, packing, and dispatching beverage machines and spare parts
- Carrying out machine preparation, servicing, and basic refrigeration and mechanical work
- Assisting with diagnostics and component replacements on refrigeration systems
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
This is a hands-on and varied role where adaptability, initiative, and a positive attitude will see you succeed.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Valid forklift licence
- Relevant refrigeration trade qualifications
- Previous experience as a Refrigeration Mechanic or Technician
- Mechanical aptitude or a mechanically minded approach
- Physical capability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently and use initiative
