About The Opportunity
As an HR Coordinator/Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective and professional HR advice and support to clients.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing tailored and pragmatic HR advice on a range of topics, including employment law, modern award compliance, and performance management
- Issuing and implementing employment documentation for clients, such as contracts, policies, and letters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering practical HR solutions
- Offering ongoing support and education on the platforms features to help clients maximise its value
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, including conducting HR Health Checks and advising on compliance matters
- Supporting other business functions, including client services, sales, and marketing, as an HR subject matter expert
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator, Advisor, or in a similar role
- A strong understanding of HR practices, Fair Work Act, and Australian compliance requirements
- Comfort with using HR platforms and technology to deliver solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will also have:
- A pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to HR challenges
- A client-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to varied business contexts
- A collaborative and team-oriented attitude, demonstrating proactivity
- Experience in effectively managing client relationships and expectations
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
