About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is the operation, control, maintenance and oversight of real estate properties. This role is well suited to individuals keen to build a career in real estate, and those with a strong interest in the industry are strongly encouraged to apply.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all routine, incoming and outgoing inspections
• Ensure high-quality services are provided to owners and tenants
• Oversee all necessary documentation relating to the leasing of properties

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• A current driver’s licence
• A current Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or be in the process of obtaining one)
