About The Opportunity

The Property Repairs and Maintenance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all repair requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
• Ensuring all repair requests are addressed in a timely manner and within budget
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to arrange and schedule repairs and maintenance work
• Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

You will also have:

• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance
