About The Opportunity

As the OOSH Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the experiences of children in a Christian environment

Some of your responsibilities will include:

•  Running the service to ensure seamless daily operations
• Supporting and mentoring a dedicated team of educators
• Actively participating in children’s activities and programs
• Ensuring the safety of all children and adhering to OH&S policies
•  Facilitating bible study sessions to foster a sense of community and spiritual growth
• Attending fortnightly executive meetings to discuss progress, challenges and opportunities for improvement

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Program Coordinator in an OOSH or Early Childcare environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with children
• The ability to demonstrate strong Christian values and character 
• Working with children check, First Aid and CPR (desirable)
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• ECT or teaching degree (desirable not required)
