About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality legal advice and representation in wills and estate matters.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on estate administration and probate matters
• Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
• Handling estate disputes and litigation, including family provision claims
• Mentoring junior lawyers and assisting in business development initiatives
• Providing succession planning advice for high-net-worth individuals and businesses

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 3+  years PQE in the same role
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong technical expertise in estate planning, probate, and estate litigation
• Exceptional client service skills with a compassionate and professional approach
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
