About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Operations Assistant to join the team and support the coordination and delivery of restoration projects and logistics. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, thrives on variety, and enjoys working both in the office and occasionally in the warehouse.
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting logistics and operations with daily coordination and admin tasks
- Managing communications, documentation, and contractor portal updates
- Supporting onboarding, site access scheduling, and compliance processes
- Assisting with warehouse duties, freight handling, and material deliveries
- Providing admin support for reporting, job costing, and process improvement
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Current drivers licence
- Previous admin or operations experience preferred; admin studies a plus
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and willing to assist with warehouse tasks; valid driver’s licence required
- Confident using Microsoft Office and adaptable to various systems
- Proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask and learn quickly
