About the Opportunity
This is your opportunity to step into a high-impact role where your technical expertise, attention to detail, and initiative are truly valued. You’ll take ownership of field and workshop work across a broad range of diesel machinery including trucks, mobile plant, and earthmoving equipment.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Upholding strict safety and quality standards across every task
- Responding to breakdowns and urgent maintenance in the field
- Maintaining clean, compliant and detailed records of all work completed
- Delivering efficient, top-tier servicing and repairs across diverse diesel equipment
- Leading by example and supporting junior techs and apprentices in their development
About You
We’re looking for a self-motivated, experienced diesel mechanic who thrives in a high-performance environment and takes ownership of their craft. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Manual Driver’s Licence essential (HR/forklift tickets highly regarded)
- A solutions-driven mindset, you don’t wait for direction, you solve and deliver
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in diesel mechanical repairs and servicing
- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor others while maintaining high personal standards
Apply now to take the next step in a career where performance is recognised, and potential is rewarded. This is more than a job—it’s a platform for growth.
