About The Opportunity

Our Client is seeking a Site Foreman Leading Hand to oversee day-to-day operations on their Maroochydore construction project. In this full-time role, which spans a project duration of 5/6 months, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing on-site operations & coordinating subcontractors, suppliers & materials.
• Planning & scheduling works to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Ensuring project quality standards are met & handovers are defect-free.
• Managing WHS compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
• Building strong relationships with site teams & key stakeholders.
• Working with the Site & Project Managers to manage the construction program.

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Trade qualified with 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Foreman/Leading Hand.
• Experienced in head contractor work across new builds, extensions & commercial fit-outs.
• Proven track record delivering construction projects valued up to $10M.
• Strong understanding of finishes with a detail-driven approach.
• Effective people leader with solid WHS, quality & IR knowledge.
• Client-focused & able to manage projects end-to-end, including 2-week programs.
