About The Opportunity
This full-time role plays a key part in supporting the spare parts division and delivering outstanding customer service to both retail and service clients. With a clear pathway into management, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supplying required parts to the in-house service team
- Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Assisting customers from enquiry through to product delivery
- Identifying, sourcing, and interpreting marine and automotive parts
- Packing orders, processing payments, and occasional local deliveries
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid driver’s licence
- Strong knowledge of marine parts and outboard motors
- High attention to detail with excellent computer literacy
- Confident communication skills and experience in phone/online sales
- Experience in spare parts interpreting in the marine industry
