About The Opportunity
Step into a dynamic leadership role where you’ll oversee two high-energy airport locations – the T4 Virgin Domestic store and the T1 Qantas kiosk – ensuring smooth operations, top-tier service, and impressive results.
Reporting to the Store Support Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a passionate team of 5–7 staff across both locations
- Creating efficient rosters, supporting new team members, and fostering growth
- Ensuring compliance with all airport safety, security, and operational procedures
- Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, stock control, and presentation
- Championing sales through engaging promotions and memorable customer service
About You
We’re looking for a people-focused leader with a flair for retail and a love for creating positive customer experiences.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Strong POS, inventory, and cash handling knowledge
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within retail or hospitality
- Full working rights in Australia and eligibility to obtain an ASIC card
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
- Proven experience in team coaching, scheduling, and performance development
