About The Opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercial lawyer with around 2 years post-admission experience (PQE) to further their legal career. You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and be involved in a variety of matters ranging from transactional work to litigation and general commercial advisory.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing general corporate and commercial legal advice
- Preparing affidavits and evidence for civil litigation matters
- Reviewing and drafting commercial and employment contracts
- Managing client communications and contributing to strategic outcomes
- Assisting with retail and commercial leasing, as well as business sale transactions
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Fluent in Mandarin (essential)
- Detail-oriented with strong legal drafting and research skills
- Confident in handling multiple matters with guidance and autonomy
- A minimum of 2 years post-admission experience in commercial law
- Motivated to grow their expertise within a supportive and mentoring team environment
- Interested in working across commercial transactions, leasing, employment, and litigation
