About The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join their team full-time in a hybrid role. Working mainly from home, you’ll attend monthly in-studio meetings and training. You’ll engage with warm leads—clients already interested in booking a photoshoot—to build excitement, trust, and connection over the phone whilst guiding them to their next step.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Converting inbound + outbound leads into booked photoshoots
- Build rapport and inspire clients through authentic conversations
- Conducting consultations to help clients prepare for their shoots
- Explaining packages and processes with clarity and confidence
- Following up promptly and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Achieving KPIs while delivering a five-star client experience
About You
- 2+ years experience in over-the-phone sales (Required)
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Goal-driven with a passion for results and closing deals
- Self-motivated and independent yet team-oriented
- Organised, tech-savvy, and proactive with leads
- Positive, resilient, and eager to grow creatively
