Our client is seeking someone looking to join a new career path as a Restoration Technician to attend emergency damage events, assess sites, and complete remediation with specialised equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate restoration equipment safely and remove damaged materials for repair
- Monitor site conditions, document progress, and submit all paperwork promptly
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and positive client interactions
- Join the rotating on-call roster and assist with after-hours callouts
- Keep vehicles, storage areas, and equipment clean, organised, and compliant
- Manage chemicals, consumables, and tagging safely while supporting reports
About You:
- If you like hands-on work then this role is for you, customer-focused and practical
- IICRC certificate or equivalent certification desired (funded accreditation provided)
- Strong customer service skills with solid teamwork and communication
- Able to work independently with sound judgement and minimal supervision
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and reliable time-management
- Confident using phones, laptops, and related technology under pressure
- Valid C Class licence; water, fire, or mould restoration experience valued
