About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of the Sales Development Representative role is to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and promoting the full range of packaging products across various sectors including retail, foodservice, bakery, custom, and gifting. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and converting new business opportunities across key industries
• Prospecting and developing new client relationships through targeted outreach
• Managing and growing existing accounts to maximise retention and repeat sales
• Conducting outbound calls, emails, and regular in-person client visits
• Preparing quotes and proposals while maintaining accurate CRM records
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 1+ years’ experience working in B2B sales roles
• A valid driver’s licence with travel availability
• A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Strong communication with a customer-first focus
• Ability to adapt and collaborate within teams
• Experience in packaging, print, or FMCG sectors
