Our client are specialists in commercial and industrial chiller, air conditioning and mechanical services, providing 24 hour service, 365 days of the year in Melbourne and Victoria.

About The Opportunity

This is an entry-level compliance and IMS coordination role supporting ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems.

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain and support the Integrated Management System (IMS) across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, ensuring systems remain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.

Reporting directly to the relevant Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining compliance records including risk assessments, statutory obligations, and performance indicators
  • Assisting with external ISO surveillance and recertification assessments
  • Initiating and monitoring corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting management review coordination and monitoring organisational objectives
  • Developing meeting agendas and documenting minutes for compliance discussions
  • Ensuring correct distribution and accuracy of controlled documentation
  • Managing document control systems, registers, and document version tracking
  • Supporting workplace health and safety systems including permits, training documentation, and inductions
  • Assisting with workplace inspections, compliance audits, and risk management activities
  • Maintaining Safety Data Sheets and chemical substances registers
  • Performing internal audits in accordance with Integrated Management System requirements

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working within compliance, IMS, quality, or regulated environments
  • Strong document control and administrative capability
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience maintaining compliance registers and controlled documents (preferred)
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 systems (preferred)
  • Internal auditing experience or exposure (preferred)
  • Confident Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
